After going through intense counseling for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), I felt that my story was worth telling the world in hopes that my journey to mental health would inspire others to begin their own journey to wellness.  Topics that inspire me to keep writing are centered around real life and real people, reflecting on struggles and triumphs that make this world beautiful and worth living.

I welcome your reader comments and questions and answer as quickly as possible. Your input enables my creative writing to flow with what is relevant in today's world and topics. Let me know what you would like to dive into deeper, explore more in depth, and question what society says versus what your heart and head say. Asking questions and using logic while filtering with the heart is my favorite way to getting to the bottom of important topics.
